Welcome to Schedule a meeting page, this use is for our staff and DJs only, previous meetings were scheduled by staff to accommodated their schedule, but this cause problems as DJs never appeared for meetings unless they were excused.

After we get majority of the DJs time slot information they provide us, We can create a tally of whats the best day and time during anytime of the week and we’ll schedule that within the managers available date as well.
